It is a matter of great satisfaction, achievement and joy for the Non-Olympic Sports & Fraternity, National, State Non-Olympic Federations, Sports Personalities and players of the Country that the Indian Non-Olympic Association-INOA has been formed in India on 2000 for development, upliftment, recognition and popularization of the Non-Olympic Sports and Country Origin Games in all over the Country and as well as to win them a place in Olympic Games.

The INOA has been in touch with Non-Olympic Sports Federations and other Sports Organizations and Sports at the National level to assist and start formations of State Non-Olympic Associations (SNOAs) not only in their respective States but also all over the Districts. Many States have been already making sincere efforts this direction and in Utter Pradesh, Tamilnadu, Kerala, Bangalore a SNOA has been formed while Delhi, West Bengal and Maharashtra and several more States are in the process of forming State Non-Olympic Association for the purpose.

It is further a matter of great cheer that by a general consensus all the Non-Olympic Sports. Non- Olympic Federations Sports Personalities, Players and Experts from all fields of Sports have agreed to make under an International Non-Olympic Committee to promote its mission. The co-operation and assistance has also been received from the UNESCO as well as Sports Ministries from many countries of the World.
